"Inchcape Guildford Experience"
Inchcape Guildford - When you pull up and park, the staff are quick to recognize if your vehicle needs servicing or an MOT based on your registration. They come out to ask for your keys. It would be nice if they introduced themselves or wore name tags, so you know you're giving your keys to a legit Inchcape employee. The showroom was pretty chilly since the heating was out, but the team did their best with some fan heaters. Zara, who took care of me, really left a good impression. She was super friendly and upbeat, even though she was dealing with a hurt hip. She paid attention to what I needed and made sure everything was taken care of. During my MOT, she kept me updated on how long it would take and offered a courtesy car wash, letting me know how that would affect the timing. At the end, she went over what needed fixing before the next MOT. Overall, it was a solid experience.

"Mini from Chelmsford"
I had a great experience with Tom Smith at Inchcape Chelmsford Mini. I picked up my brand new 5-door mini late last year after placing my order earlier that month during their winter sale. Even though they were super busy, Tom was really attentive to our choices and questions. What I found particularly nice was that he called me recently to see if everything was alright and if we had any issues with the car or needed to ask him anything.

Tom provided top-notch customer service. By the way, if Mini happens to be reading this, I asked Tom about the diecast model of the F55 (5-door) and he was going to look into it. It seems like only the F56 model is out there.

"Consistent Excellence from Lexus"
I had a recall for a fuel valve. They provided me with a loaner car, and the whole process was done right on schedule. Plus, my vehicle was cleaned up really well. I can't find anything to criticize about Lexus.

"Staff Were Super Attentive"
The team really took the time to help me out. They explained everything thoroughly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I've never felt so well cared for at any other dealership. I'd totally recommend them without a doubt!

"Placed an order for 2 keyrings back in January..."
I ordered 2 keyrings with order number 16217 in January, but they never showed up. I've reached out to them multiple times, and even though they keep promising they'll be sent, I'm still here waiting for my delivery.

"Lexus Leicester Experience"

"A Month Without My Car"
I waited a whole month for a part (4 weeks off the road), and during that time, my MOT ran out, and they charged me for it. I had to rent a car while waiting and now, three weeks later, still no sign of my money back. Inchcape wouldn’t even check for the part outside their usual suppliers, even though it’s available elsewhere. You pay a premium at a main dealer for a Jaguar-approved vehicle and expect better customer service, but I’m thinking of going with an independent dealer for my next purchase, I’m afraid.

"Outstanding Assistance"
Outstanding assistance. Just an hour after I reported an issue, Roadside assist showed up to check out my vehicle. I called up the service manager, Josh, who was super helpful and scheduled my car for repairs. They even provided me with a fantastic courtesy car while mine was in the shop. The Vehicle Health Check video is awesome and clearly points out any issues with the car. They finished the work the same day, and I was back on the road that evening. Absolutely fantastic! Big thanks to Josh and the whole crew at Mercedes Benz Warrington.

"Not a Good Experience"
I recently purchased a used car from Inchcape in Stockport and drove it home. Up until that moment, the sales process was quite pleasant, and I felt good about my buy. But when I tried to start it later that day, it was totally dead. The AA came out and got it running, but they mentioned the battery was shot and I had to return it to the garage right away. I did just that, and they provided me with a courtesy vehicle while they took a whole week to install a new battery. After picking it up again, I drove it home and parked it. A couple of days later, when I went to use it again, I found a dent on it. Inchcape won’t take responsibility for this since I didn’t point it out when I collected the car, so apparently, checking for dents is something you gotta do when Inchcape has your vehicle. Honestly, I had a similar issue with Inchcape in Macclesfield, so this just reinforces that I can't recommend them.
